Section: Currency Settings

Overview:

The Currency Settings section enables the admin to configure how product prices are displayed on the site by selecting supported currencies and setting a default base currency. This is essential for stores serving an international audience, as it allows customers to view prices in their preferred currency. The base currency is used for backend calculations and cannot be removed, while additional currencies enhance user convenience at the front end.

How to Use:

Navigate to Settings > Currency Settings in the admin panel.
In the Base Currency dropdown, view the default currency (e.g., Kenyan Shilling). This cannot be changed or removed.
In the Selected Currency dropdown, choose the default display currency for your storefront (e.g., Euro).
Under Available Currencies, check all the currencies you want customers to be able to switch to on the frontend (e.g., USD, GBP, TZS, etc.).

Once you've finalized your selections, click Save All Settings at the top to apply the changes.
